Strawberry and Cream Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberry Chamomile Sauce or fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Milk any kind, dairy or plant bases
  • 1 cup Yogurt, whole milk may use plant based yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup if using whole strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • fresh strawberries and whipped cream for serving, optional

Instructions

  • Add strawberry chamomile sauce or fresh, chopped strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup (if using fresh strawberries) to a medium sized bowl. If using fresh strawberries, us an immersion blender or standing blender to puree until smooth.
  • Add chia seeds to strawberry mixture. Stir well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night. Chia seeds need the time to gel and thicken. Stir again. The pudding should be thick and creamy..
  • Top with fresh strawberries, finely chopped and some whipped cream!
