Description

Experience the rustic elegance and versatility of our Icelandic wool roving, naturally grown and mill-processed right here in Montana. This roving comes in a beautiful light oatmeal hue, completely undyed, and ready for your creative touch.

Our Icelandic sheep are pasture-raised on our small family farm, and their fleece contains both the soft undercoat (thel) and the strong outercoat (tog). This creates a unique dual-fiber blend that’s both soft and durable—a perfect match for a variety of fiber arts.

Whether you’re spinning yarn, needle felting, wet felting, weaving, or even using it as pillow stuffing or quilt batting, this roving is a wonderful natural material. It also takes beautifully to botanical and natural dyes as well as conventional dyeing methods—allowing you to create your own custom color palette.

  • 100% Icelandic wool

  • Grown and milled in Montana

Bring a piece of our farm to your fiber studio. Let your imagination lead the way—roving is a multi-use treasure!
