Average hanging weights are typically between 35-55 pounds.You should receive around 30-45 lbs, of meat. If you would like to customize your cuts please let me know. The cuts that you will get are: Leg of lamb, Shoulder roast, Shanks, Chops, Stew meat & Ground.
Example:
35 lbs hanging weight=$280 + $80 butcher fee = $360
30 lbs of meat back (including bones)
With the purchase of a lamb share, you receive a 10% discount on sheep pelts and the option to have first pick of them when they are available.
LAMB SHARES ARE FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY AND CANNOT BE SHIPPED. PLEASE SELECT FARM PICK UP AT CHECKOUT. DUE TO LIMITED FREEZER SPACE WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD LAMB SHARES FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK ONCE BACK FROM THE BUTCHER.
